At Community Recovery Advisors, we strive to empower Associations by focusing on proactively recovering funds, reducing costs and stepping in as a receiver when needed in order to strengthen reserves, reduce financial strain and protect and maintain the property's values.

We perform an in-depth review of all community expenses, identify overcharges, errors and misapplied funds to execute recovery. No up-front costs to association. 50% of all refunds and recoveries are directly applied to Associations' Reserves.
Court approved management of vacant or defaulting units and full community receivership to stabilize Associations in financial or operational distress. A receiver is “a person appointed by the court to take control, custody, or management of property involved in litigation and to preserve the property, and receive rents, issues and profits.”
